About The Position
The Arc Columbia-Saratoga is looking for kind, reliable individuals who want to help others and are seeking meaningful work. In Saratoga County, we support adults with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include assisting individuals with daily activities such as laundry, meal preparation, and personal hygiene, as well as accompanying them on outings like getting iced coffee, attending live concerts, dining out, going to the movies, shopping for clothes, visiting museums, or going to the park.
Requirements
- High school diploma or better
- Valid driver's license
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a PCA, HHA, or CNA is welcomed.
Responsibilities
- Support adults with developmental disabilities in Saratoga County.
- Assist with everyday tasks such as laundry, making dinner, and personal hygiene.
- Accompany individuals on outings to places like Dunkin for iced coffee, live concerts, restaurants, movies, museums, and parks.
- Help individuals shop for clothes.
