About The Position

Join Devereux New Jersey for on-the-spot interviews for the Direct Support Professional (DSP) role. As a DSP, you will work with dedicated professionals in the Behavioral Healthcare field, receiving comprehensive training in crisis prevention/intervention, trauma-informed care, CPR, and first aid. Flexible schedules are available, including full-time, part-time, and on-call shifts, with evening and night options that include weekends. Requirements

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED.
  • Valid non-provisional driver's license.
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to attend ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays.
  • Empathetic and possess a team approach to care for individuals.
