We are looking for a dependable, caring, and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide individualized support to a client in Bethesda, MD. Requirements

DDA Core Training
CPR Certification
Bloodborne Pathogens Training
Mandt Training
CMT (Certified Medication Technician)
Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

Provide direct one-on-one support with daily activities and routines.
Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
Support community participation, recreational activities, appointments, and outings.
Assist with meal preparation, laundry, cleaning, and other household activities.
Encourage communication, social interaction, independence, and participation.
Provide appropriate behavioral support and redirection when necessary.
Administer medications as required and complete all medication-related documentation.
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
Complete daily progress notes and incident reports accurately and on time.
Monitor the individual's health, safety, and overall well-being.
Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding concerns, incidents, or changes in the individual's condition.
