Direct Support Professional
About The Position
Direct Support Professional - IDD Services. This is a Part-Time Day shift position (7am-3pm, Thursday-Saturday) with a pay rate of $16.00/hour. On-demand pay is available. The role involves rewarding work helping people grow, learn, and live well, developing meaningful relationships with individuals served, and supporting participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. You will assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. This role is ideal for compassionate, patient individuals seeking a promising future.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred

- Valid Driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
