About The Position

Join Sevita and help individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, and other complex needs live more independent, connected, and fulfilling lives. You will assist with personal care, hygiene, meals, medication reminders, transportation, and daily routines that promote greater independence. You'll also support recreational activities, social connections, and community participation while providing patient, respectful care to individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Your encouragement and support help create a safe, positive environment where people can thrive.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent with proof of education
• Valid driver's license (1+ year, no restrictions)
• Registered vehicle
• Insurance
• Ability to successfully complete required background checks
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to helping others succeed
