About The Position

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) supports people in pursuing personal goals, making choices, and living as independently as possible. The role involves helping with daily activities, encouraging community involvement, and maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment. The position is available in West Seneca, NY and surrounding areas, with full-time and part-time shifts available on day, evening, and overnight schedules. The stated pay rate is $19.00 per hour, increasing to $20 per hour after successful completion of a six-month probationary period.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license that meets agency policy.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, and climbing.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs.
