Requirements
- Compassion, patience, and reliability
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Valid driver’s license + ability to pass background checks
Responsibilities
- Support daily living skills (cooking, personal care, household tasks)
- Encourage independence and community involvement
- Provide transportation to appointments and activities
- Follow individualized support plans
