About The Position
This is an opportunity for a calm, meaningful overnight role where you can make a real impact. As an Overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support adults with intellectual disabilities in a peaceful, structured environment. The role offers steady, predictable overnight shifts with a sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- Reliability and a calm, steady presence

- Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass background checks
Responsibilities
- Ensure safety and comfort during overnight hours
- Assist with bedtime and morning routines
- Complete light housekeeping tasks
- Document overnight observations
- Provide support as needed throughout the night
