This position maintains the general security and cleanliness of an assigned emergency residence facility while aiding clients with daily living. Responsibilities include monitoring evening and weekend operations, ensuring the safety of the residential site and its residents by locking and opening the facility at appropriate times, and maintaining the proper condition, cleanliness, and safety of the site. The role also involves responding appropriately to emergency situations, providing hands-on instruction to implement housing service plans, and participating in regular staff meetings and training to develop necessary skills to assist clients.
