Mains’l Services is hiring 1:1 Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide individualized support in homes and communities. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to make a direct, lasting impact every single shift. As a 1:1 DSP, you’ll support one individual in their daily life—at home and in the community. Your support is personalized, meaningful, and impactful. No two days look the same—but your impact is always clear.
Requirements
- Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn
- At least 18 years old
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Reliable transportation with insurance
- Ability to pass a DHS background check
Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered support (ADLs, skill-building, behavioral supports)
- Support community involvement and social connections
- Assist with errands, shopping, and appointments
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home
- Support budgeting, organization, and daily routines
- Provide transportation to activities and appointments
- Offer guidance, problem-solving, and advocacy
- Document daily activities and care
