About The Position
At CRi, we support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live meaningful, independent lives—and we’re strengthening our weekend teams with enhanced weekend pay. DSP I staff earn an additional $4/hr for qualifying weekend hours (Friday 11:00 PM – Monday 9:00 AM).
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Understanding of the unique needs and challenges associated with supporting individuals with IDD.
- Familiarity with the Person-Centered Planning process.
- Basic computer skills for documentation, communication and training purposes.
- Ability to cook and manage household tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support using individualized care plans
- Lead by example and support team members on shift
- Assist individuals in the community and daily activities
- Complete accurate documentation and advocate for those we serve
