About The Position

Supportive Behavioral Resources, Inc. is hiring a full-time Direct Support Professional (DSP). The role enhances the lives of people served by SBR by supporting their personal outcomes through daily living skills, community involvement, and advocacy. This is a 35-hour-per-week position with a flexible daytime schedule, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
• Access to a reliable car.
• Physical examination/PPD.
• Pre-employment drug screening.
• Willingness to assist with daily living skills and personal care needs.
• Professionalism and ability to maintain records.
• Strong communication skills.
• Safe driving ability.
• Ability to work as a team player.

Responsibilities
