Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Day Shift, Part Time
About The Position
We are Hiring: Direct Support Professionals. This is a Part-Time, Monday to Friday 7am-10am position with an hourly rate of $19.06-$19.44/hr. Working at Bancroft will provide you with opportunities to grow professionally, find your purpose, and make a real difference in the lives of others. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) within our Adult Residential North program, you’ll empower individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities to realize their best life. Bancroft is a leading service-provider for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities or those in need of neurological rehabilitation. We are looking for Direct Support Professionals that are passionate about providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. Our Direct Support Professionals must have a strong desire to work with autistic, intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals.
Requirements
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
- Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
- Have a current driver's license in good standing
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
