Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Computer skills for documentation.
• Valid Drivers License (due to transporting persons served).
• A successful background clearance is required as part of the onboarding/employment process.
• Good communication skills (reading, writing, and communication skills).

Responsibilities

• Work directly with people in need of assistance, and/or living with intellectual or developmental disabilities, or other complex medical needs.
• Document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with both internal and external team members.
• Transport persons served.
