As a Direct Support Professional, you'll provide one-on-one support to children and adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. Every individual has unique goals, and you'll play an important role in helping them gain confidence, independence, and meaningful life experiences. Your day may include: Supporting daily living skills and personal independence, Helping individuals participate in community activities, Teaching life skills through everyday experiences, Encouraging communication, confidence, and personal growth, Working closely with families and your Care Coordinator to ensure quality services. No two days are exactly alike-and that's what makes this work rewarding.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Ability to pass required background checks
Ability to complete required training (provided by Endeavor)
