We are currently hiring Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Special Needs Caregivers in the following areas: Mt. Airy, NC, Pilot Mountain, NC, Jonesville, NC, Elkin, NC, King, NC.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to community activities

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Help individuals participate in community activities and social events
• Provide encouragement, mentorship, and meaningful companionship
• Support personal care needs, including dressing and grooming
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community outings
• Empower individuals to reach their goals and live as independently as possible
