About The Position

Join PAI in White Bear Lake for a fun and rewarding opportunity as a Direct Support Professional. In this role, you will make a real impact on the lives of individuals in our community by providing excellent care and support. PAI offers a Day Program that provides life skills enrichment, vocational training, and meaningful social connections for participants living with disabilities. As a DSP, you will be the friendly face greeting participants, setting the tone for a day filled with exciting activities and meaningful interactions, from music therapy and arts and crafts to cooking lessons and community outings. While assisting with personal care routines is crucial, the care and compassion you bring to each interaction truly makes a difference.

Requirements

Must be 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team.
Caring and empathetic nature.
Great listener.

Ready to lend a helping hand whenever needed.

Experience in direct care is a plus.
