About The Position

Endeavor HCBS is hiring in Cottonwood, AZ for individuals who want to make a real difference in the lives of people with developmental disabilities. This role is for those who have caregiving experience and want to turn those skills into a stable, paid career with training, support, and growth. No prior IDD experience is required, just a heart for helping others and a willingness to learn. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support individuals in their day-to-day routines, help build independence and life skills, encourage confidence and personal growth, provide companionship and meaningful connection, and assist with safe participation in the community. This is presented as more than a job, but work that truly matters.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card
• A positive, dependable attitude

Nice To Haves

• Prior caregiving experience (e.g., babysitter, nanny, caregiver for a family member, elder care provider, companion or home aide)
