We’re hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Personal Care Assistants(PCAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) cases across North Carolina—where you care for one client at a time (yes, ONE!). We offer flexible scheduling with all shifts and hours available, weekly pay, and great benefits for qualifying hours. Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or College Transcript/Degree
- Current CPR certification (no online classes)
- TB skin test (within the last 12 months)
- Proof of Auto Insurance
- A heart for making a difference and a commitment to compassionate care
Responsibilities
- Providing 1:1 hands-on care in a home setting and in the community
- Helping with daily living tasks, personal care, and comfort
- Being a calm, dependable presence
- Following care plans without being micromanaged
- Empower clients by teaching and reinforcing life-changing skills
