About The Position

Grow Developmental Disability Solutions is seeking a Direct Support Worker for Children and/or Adults with Developmental Disabilities. This role involves making a difference by helping individuals live more independent and fulfilling lives. As a person-centered agency, we focus on providing support with respect, dignity, and plans built around individual goals. The Direct Support Professional (DSP) will work one-on-one with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD), supporting their daily routines, community involvement, and personal goals in an engaging, respectful, and empowering manner. This is a meaningful role where your contributions truly matter each day.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of caregiving or related experience.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone required.
• Must be able to successfully pass all state-required background checks and meet all ODDS employment eligibility requirements.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines including cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
• Help clients engage in community activities.
• Follow established care plans and goals.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
