Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- You must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check.
Nice To Haves
- Candidates willing to obtain a DOT certification preferred.
- Experience is a plus, but we welcome candidates with a passion for helping others and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Help individuals build essential life skills, from mastering daily routines to navigating the community with confidence.
- Schedule and accompany people on exciting community outings, from exploring local parks to attending social events.
- Support individuals in reaching their unique goals, whether it's learning a new skill, finding a hobby, or simply enjoying a day out.
- Provide a positive and respectful presence, helping to guide and support individuals in their social interactions and personal growth.
