Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to meet screening requirements, including a criminal background check
- Commitment to providing quality care and support
Responsibilities
- Provide daily support with personal care and life skills
- Encourage independence and community participation
- Drive individuals to appointments, events, and activities
- Assist with medication administration and health-related supports
- Maintain accurate records and communication with the support team
- Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment
