Direct Support Professional - Day Services - Fulton
About The Position
Mozaic is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for its Day Services program in Fulton, New York. The role supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living fulfilling, independent lives by offering encouragement and opportunities to explore interests, develop skills, and pursue personal goals. The DSP helps create a safe, positive, and empowering environment while supporting daily activities, community involvement, and personal growth. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., for 37.5 hours per week, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed. Pay is $17.92–$18.67 per hour, based on experience. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid New York State driver’s license.
- A caring attitude, willingness to learn, and desire to help others succeed.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with developmental disabilities is valued.
- Experience as a CNA, health aide, caregiver, or DSP is a plus.
