About The Position

ABiLITY is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. No experience is required, as the company provides paid training, certifications, and ongoing support to help employees succeed. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, supporting independence and community involvement, administering medications (with training provided), maintaining a safe environment, and completing daily documentation.

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or GED (or currently enrolled)
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Able to pass required screenings
• Dependable and willing to learn
