People Creating Success (PCS) is a Californian leader in providing services for adults with developmental disabilities for over 20 years. The ideal candidate is compassionate, communicative, and has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Weekend availability is a plus.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Responsible, and can assist in goal progress tracking
- CPR / First Aid certification (Training will be provided if you’re not certified or need to be recertified)
- Able to be around cats

Responsibilities
- Support participants with daily living skills such as cleaning, cooking, and budgeting
- Encourage and model independence, hobbies, and social activities
- Assist participants access and participate in community activities
- Assist with personal care such as medication support, hygiene and bathing (lifting / transferring may be required)
- Collaborate Person-Centered Care planning with participant
- Record keep progress of care plan
