About The Position

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide hands-on support to individuals in residential sites—helping with daily living, following service plans, and keeping homes safe and comfortable. Requirements

• Knowledge and skill equivalent to the completion of a high school diploma.
• Knowledge and skills necessary to perform ordinary household functions.
• Good observation skills and ability to relate observations accurately, both verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge and skills necessary to perform basic computer operations.
• Must meet and maintain required certifications to become a medication technician.
• Must meet and maintain CPR certification.
• Must meet and maintain First Aid certification.
• Must meet and maintain DD certification as required for the position.
