InAlliance is looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated people to work with adults with developmental disabilities, providing supported living services such as training with home-care management, social skill development, behavior management, and community integration. As an Independent Living Facilitator II (ILF II) you will provide for the care, fellowship, and protection of persons with developmental disabilities while supporting them to be as independent as possible. The Independent Living Facilitator II (ILF II) provides essential support, care, and companionship to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, who have additional health and safety needs under a Health and Safety Waiver (HSW) from the Department of Developmental Services (DDS). This role involves assisting with daily activities, household tasks, and community involvement, tailored to each participant's unique needs and preferences.
