About The Position

Endeavor DDD Services provides training, support, and opportunities for employees to succeed. As a Direct Support Professional, you'll work one-on-one with individuals in their homes and throughout the Mesa community. Every person you support has unique goals, making every day rewarding and full of purpose.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Arizona Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Completion of paid training provided by Endeavor

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare experience is helpful, but it's not required. We hire people with the right attitude and provide the training to help them succeed.

Responsibilities

• Teaching daily living and independent life skills
• Supporting community outings, recreation, and social activities
• Assisting with personal care when needed
• Encouraging confidence, independence, and personal growth
• Building positive relationships with individuals and their families
• Documenting services using our easy mobile app
