As a Direct Support Professional in our Community Pre-Vocational Program, you'll help people we support build confidence, develop valuable workplace skills, and prepare for future employment opportunities. Through hands-on activities, volunteer experiences, and community engagement, you'll play a key role in helping people discover their strengths and reach their full potential. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimally one-year experience working with people with developmental disabilities or an associate degree in human services or related field is required.
- A Valid NYS Driver's License is required.
