About The Position

As a Direct Support Professional in our Community Pre-Vocational Program, you'll help people learn, grow, and achieve their goals. You will assist individuals in building confidence, developing valuable workplace skills, and preparing for future employment opportunities through hands-on activities, volunteer experiences, and community engagement. This role involves celebrating achievements, encouraging independence, supporting personal growth, building meaningful relationships, advocating for individuals, and creating opportunities for greater confidence, self-sufficiency, and community involvement. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimally one-year experience working with people with developmental disabilities or an associate degree in human services or related field is required.
• A Valid NYS Driver's License is required.
