About The Position

Wyyerd Fiber is seeking competitive, energetic individuals who are motivated by earning potential to join their team as a full-time territory sales specialist. This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals or motivated individuals looking to start their sales career. Wyyerd Fiber provides uncapped commissions, benefits, and a supportive team environment. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, enjoys meeting new people, and is eager to learn about the advantages of Wyyerd Fiber's offerings. While telecommunication industry experience is a plus, it is not required. Training will focus on product knowledge, negotiation, and customer service skills. Bilingualism is considered a bonus.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience
  • Familiar with customer record systems, processes and practices
  • Highly organized and communicative with colleagues and leaders
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Nice To Haves

  • Work experience in telecommunication sales is preferred but not necessary.
  • Preference given to individuals living in close proximity to our office
  • Bi-lingual is a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete training. (Paid training!)
  • Assist future customers in product selection.
  • Order entry of new customer information.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Coordinating with management to share weekly plans.
  • Coordinating with other departments to effectively deliver the best service.
  • Maintain marketing and sales materials in the field.
  • Identifying and driving strategic sales opportunities targeted to SFU communities.
  • Promoting a positive reputation and brand image for Wyyerd in the marketplace
  • Other duties as assigned
