About The Position

It’s an exciting time to be a part of the RFNOW team as we build out fiber networks to deliver high speed internet connectivity and telecommunications services to customers in Manitoba and Saskatchewan. We are seeking motivated and results-driven D2D Direct Sales Specialists to join our Residential sales team in the Yorkton, Saskatchewan Area. You’ll be out in the community meeting customers face-to-face, helping households choose the right mix of internet, TV, home phone, and wireless solutions—and getting rewarded for the results you deliver. If you’re energized by conversations, love the chase, and want a role where your effort directly drives your earnings, this could be the one.

Requirements

  • Strong, natural communication skills—you’re comfortable starting conversations and asking great questions.
  • A valid driver’s license (you’ll be on the move).
  • Sales and/or marketing experience (telecommunications experience is a bonus, but not required).
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding goals—and the drive to keep raising the bar.
  • Comfort using data to stay organized, track progress, and improve your approach.
  • Confident presentation skills and the ability to explain options in a simple, relatable way.

Nice To Haves

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or Communications is preferred.
  • telecommunications experience is a bonus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Knock doors and connect with residents in assigned neighborhoods to introduce RFNOW services.
  • Deliver clear, confident product demos and recommendations—matching packages to what each household actually needs.
  • Build trust quickly through friendly, professional, solution-focused conversations.
  • Hit (and beat) your personal sales targets while contributing to team wins.
  • Track leads, notes, and outcomes accurately so you can follow up like a pro.
  • Stay current on promotions, pricing, product updates, and what competitors are offering.
  • Handle objections respectfully and turn “not sure” into “let’s do it” with the right options and answers.
  • Represent RFNOW with pride at the door, in the community, and at local sales events.

  • Competitive hourly pay plus uncapped commission—your earnings grow with your effort.
  • Full-time schedule: hours generally fall between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, with some weekend work as needed.
  • Primarily remote/field-based role—ideal for someone who knows (or is excited to learn) about Manitoba and Saskatchewan communities and geography. Occasional in-market sales events.
