About The Position

This is a paid internship for motivated students and individuals seeking hands-on experience in direct sales, marketing, communication, and leadership. The representative interacts with customers face-to-face in the community and supports marketing and promotional campaigns. The role offers professional training, opportunities to develop customer service and sales skills, networking, performance-based incentives and bonuses, and potential future growth and advancement. The position is based in Fullerton, Santa Ana, Garden Grove, Westminster, and surrounding areas in California. Compensation is $17 per hour plus incentives and bonuses, and the schedule is flexible for 3–5 days per week.
