Requirements

• Ability to manage large scale BuyDirect projects is required
• Ability to influence without formal authority is required

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
• Experience in the remarketing industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage BuyDirect activities between clients, RDR’s, Pricing Analysts and VR administrators
• Ownership of the entire BuyDirect process including the preparation, presentation and monitoring of formal Buy Direct offers to clients
• Follow up on all pending BuyDirect offers
• Build and maintain relationships with BuyDirect clients
• Implement new BuyDirect clients and document all client parameters
• Oversee daily BuyDirect workload by monitoring VRIMS workbaskets and prioritizing administrators work
• Contact clients for title issues and escalate any problems to the appropriate RDR
• Contribute to the growth of the BuyDirect program by building a network of scrappers and part recyclers as potential buyers for low value assets
• Create BuyDirect related reports to show profit/loss, volume, etc.
• Manage aged buy direct inventory
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
