AJ Media is a performance-driven DTC eCommerce company operating a portfolio of brands across different verticals, currently in a phase of rapid growth and aggressive scaling across multiple markets. The company's strategy is built on conversion math, where every element of the sales funnel is optimized to improve CVR, AOV, and LTV. The CEO has a proven track record of scaling 8-9 figure brands, and the company is assembling a sharp executive team. They believe in a holistic approach where the individual writing the advertorial also iterates on the sales page, checkout, and upsell stack. This role is for a Copywriter–CRO hybrid who will own the full post-click funnel: advertorial, sales page, checkout, and upsells. The primary objective is to significantly increase funnel conversion rates (e.g., from 2% to 4% then to 6%) through sharper copy, improved offer structures, smoother checkout experiences, and smarter upsell logic. It is an equal-parts role focusing on both writing and conversion optimization, requiring an obsessive focus on enhancing funnel performance. This position is explicitly not an ads role, nor is it for a VSL scriptwriter; it focuses on end-to-end ownership of the post-click funnel.
