About The Position

We're looking for a Direct Response Copywriter who knows how to create ads that drive sales—not just engagement. You'll work closely with media buyers and the creative team to develop winning campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels. Please note: We will take into consideration further in the process only candidates with proven experience, who provided us with their work samples.

Requirements

  • Proven experience writing copy that drives sales for DTC brands or apps
  • Strong direct-response marketing background
  • Deep understanding of consumer psychology and conversion principles
  • Experience with Meta Ads, UGC creative, hooks, retention, offers, and positioning
  • Ability to analyze performance data and turn insights into new creative
  • Strong command of AI tools for research, ideation, and scripting
  • Ability to move fast, test often, and thrive in a high-performance environment
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Create daily hooks, angles, concepts, and campaign ideas
  • Write high-converting ad copy and video scripts
  • Develop clear, performance-focused creative briefs
  • Analyze creative performance and iterate on winning concepts
  • Research competitors, trends, offers, and creative opportunities
  • Collaborate with media buyers, creators, and editors to scale winning campaigns
