This role involves conducting residential exterior property inspections to identify storm-related damage, documenting findings, and utilizing technology for real-time reporting. The instructor will serve as the primary in-person representative, educating homeowners on the insurance restoration process, setting expectations, and resolving concerns. They will coordinate with internal teams, ensure timely completion of inspections and field activities, and maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence. During periods of low assignment volume, the role includes supporting production by conducting pre-build site reviews, verifying project readiness, assisting with material deliveries, performing quality assurance visits, completing final walkthroughs, and aiding in issue resolution and project closeout. Collaboration with various internal teams is essential, as is sharing field feedback to improve processes and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a positive, team-first attitude and adaptability to changing business needs. Significant travel, over 50% overnight, is required to support inspections, production, catastrophe response, and operational needs across Premier Roofing's service markets. The ability to travel on short notice and undertake extended assignments in out-of-state markets during peak claim volume periods is necessary.
