Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Proficiency with smartphones and mobile apps for care documentation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assist with activities of daily living (bathing dressing grooming meal prep)
Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic First Aid/CPR or willingness to obtain certification
Compassion and patience when working with adults with SMI/SED/I/DD

Responsibilities
