About The Position

This role involves providing 24-hour care in a small group home setting (Adult Foster Care home) for adults with disabilities. Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Possess a valid Michigan Driver's license.
- Possess excellent moral character.

Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with disabilities in a variety of daily living activities.
- Provide personal care, including hygiene, basic health, and administering medication.
- Perform household tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and shopping.
- Serve as an advocate and role model in all interactions with persons served.
- Support individuals in participating in leisure activities, both at home and in the community.
- Respect the rights, dignity, property, and privacy of persons served.
