About The Position

This role involves providing 24-hour care in a small group home setting (Adult Foster Care home), fostering positive and caring relationships with adults with disabilities. Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Possess a valid Michigan Driver's license.
- Possess excellent moral character.
- No experience necessary.
Responsibilities
- Assist in a variety of daily living activities, including personal care (hygiene, basic health, and administering medication), cleaning, cooking, and shopping.
- Serve as an advocate and role model in all interactions with persons served.
- Support persons served as they participate in leisure activities (at-home and in the community).
- Respect the rights, dignity, property, and privacy of persons served.
