About The Position

This role involves providing 24-hour care, 365 days a year, and focuses on improving the lives of individuals with disabilities. Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Possess a valid Michigan Driver's license.
- Possess excellent moral character.

Responsibilities
- Assisting in a variety of daily living activities, including personal care (hygiene, basic health, administering medication), cleaning, cooking, and shopping.
- Serving as an advocate and role model in all interactions with persons served.
- Supporting persons served as they participate in leisure activities (at-home and in the community).
- Respecting the rights, dignity, property, and privacy of persons served.
