About The Position

Do you have experience supervising others and proven success in the oversight of operations to ensure quality programming, regulatory compliance, adherence to policy and procedures and training/mentoring staff? Please Note: Not an office position. Being a Program Supervisor at our facility will give you an opportunity to grow your professional skills. We are seeking Program Supervisors to oversee operations in our Psychiatric Residential Intensive Treatment Program (PRTF), dedicated to our adolescent clients, ages 10-21. Program Supervisors oversee, support, supervise and act as a resource to direct support staff and individuals served. Administrative tasks are also required as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; leadership, relationship management, and multi-tasking skills are required.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to utilize in-house computer applications.
  • Have a strong passion for working with and helping children living with emotional and behavioral differences.
  • Valid Driver's License and Satisfactory Drug Screen and Background Check results.
  • On-call, weekend availability and some holidays required.
  • Must be able to complete a two-week, paid new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 8:30am to 5:30pm daily.

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive training in crisis prevention/intervention, trauma informed care, CPR, first aid and more!
  • Providing quality care and motivation to the children and adolescents we service.
  • Supervising Direct Support Professionals and providing mentorship.
  • Implementing programs designed to meet the social, emotional, physical and personal needs of clients.
  • Assisting, supporting and instructing individuals in self-help skills designed to encourage independence.
  • Establishing and maintaining a therapeutic rapport with individuals.
