This role involves assisting with personal care, meals, routines, light housekeeping, supporting mobility, transporting clients, providing medication reminders, and monitoring well-being.
Requirements
- Reliable and shows up on time

- Willing to learn and follow care plans
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- 3+ months caregiving or related experience preferred
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation (if applicable)
- Must pass background check
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Help with meals, routines, and light housekeeping
- Support mobility needs (including transfers if needed)
- Transport clients to appointments and activities
- Provide medication reminders (per care plan)
- Monitor well-being and report updates
- Follow individualized care plans
