About The Position

Community Bridges, Inc. The Direct Care Specialist is responsible for assisting with the admission and orientation of program participants, ongoing monitoring of patients in both voluntary and involuntary facilities, and managing patient discharges. Requirements

Must be a BHT or have EMT certification
Must have a clear 39-month MVR record and must be able to present report at time of interview
Must have a level one fingerprint clearance card
Must be 21 years of age
