About The Position

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. The Direct Care Specialist is responsible for assisting with the admission and orientation of participants of the program. The specialist is also responsible for the ongoing monitoring of each patient in the voluntary and involuntary facility as well as discharges. Requirements

  • Must be a BHT or have EMT certification
  • Must have a clear 39-month MVR record and must be able to present report at time of interview
  • Must have a level one fingerprint clearance card
  • Must be 21 years of age

Nice To Haves

  • Behavioral health/substance abuse experience is a plus
