About The Position

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare organization offering a full continuum of care, including residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services across Arizona, Oklahoma, and the District of Columbia. CBI provides services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness, and is recognized as a premiere non-profit provider of substance use and behavioral health programs. The Direct Care Specialist is responsible for assisting with the admission and orientation of program participants, ongoing monitoring of patients in voluntary and involuntary facilities, and discharges. CBI emphasizes professional growth through ongoing training and support, and offers a supportive work environment with state-of-the-art facilities and a 'no wrong door' treatment approach focused on improving patients' quality of life and maintaining human dignity.

Requirements

• Must be a BHT or have EMT certification
• Must have a clear 39-month MVR record and must be able to present report at time of interview
• Must have a level one fingerprint clearance card
• Must be 21 years of age
