About The Position

We’re looking for compassionate, reliable Direct Care Professionals to support children and adults with behavioral health needs and intellectual and developmental disabilities. All services are provided using a trauma-informed care approach. Positions include full-time, part-time, and on-call/PRN with overnight shifts available from 10 pm through 9 am. The role involves implementing individual support plans using behavioral techniques, interventions, and skill-building, with an understanding of the emotional and behavioral needs of individuals diagnosed with a developmental disability. Computer literacy is required for performance-based software and electronic medical records. Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills are necessary for teamwork, accurate observation reporting, learning resident care methods, and following instructions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or HSE
  • Past employment experience
  • Valid Montana Driver’s License (or willingness to obtain)
  • Acceptable driving record
  • Acceptable criminal and protective services background check
  • Computer literacy skills, including the ability to navigate, record, and overall basic computer skills needed for performance-based software as well as an electronic medical records system.
  • Interpersonal oral and written communications skills to work as a team member, to make observations and to report them accurately, to learn resident care methods, and to follow oral and written instructions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in behavioral health, DD services, or ABA

Responsibilities
