About The Position
Boys & Girls Haven is seeking dependable, compassionate staff to work directly with youth in a therapeutic residential setting. This role focuses on building relationships, maintaining structure, and supporting youth through daily routines and behavioral growth. You will play a direct role in helping youth build stability, develop life skills, and move toward independence.
Requirements
- 21+ years old
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage youth in daily activities and routines
- Support behavioral and emotional regulation using therapeutic approaches
- Maintain a safe, structured environment
- Assist with meals, hygiene, school routines, and activities
- Transport youth to appointments and community activities
- Administer medications (as trained)
- Document daily interactions and incidents
