About The Position

The role of Direct Bill is to manage and perform all direct bill reconciliation procedures necessary for the operation of the agency to accurately record agency revenue.

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work productively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Demonstrates honesty, integrity, professionalism, and respect.
  • Proficient in using a personal computer, calculator, agency automation systems, and various application/software programs (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Epic).

Nice To Haves

  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receipt company deposit commission checks and EFT payments.
  • Reconcile direct bill statements.
  • Proof producer commission reports.
  • Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts.
  • Communicate with AEs on need for policy entry or renewal.
  • Pull commission statements from websites.
  • Attached statements and proof reports to appropriate company/broker files in EPIC.
  • Complete assigned individual month end tasks.
  • Vendor payable tasks and/or payroll tasks.
