About The Position

The role of Agency Bill is to manage and perform all agency bill accounting procedures necessary for the operation of the agency. To provide, with a positive attitude, a high level of support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding, and servicing company accounts.

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work productively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Demonstrates honesty, integrity, professionalism, and respect.
  • Proficient in using a personal computer, calculator, agency automation systems, and various application/software programs (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Epic).

Nice To Haves

  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile and pay company and broker payables.
  • Receipt agency bill collections for assigned locations.
  • Maintain and review client receivables.
  • Invoice agency bill clients and create payment links when requested.
  • Reconcile assigned balance sheet reconciliations monthly.
  • Perform assigned month end tasks.
  • Communicate with AEs all discrepancies.
  • Process client returns.
  • Review agency bill reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Pull and review any agency bill statements from carrier websites as needed.
